Almond Butter Fudge

Almond Butter Fudge:


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. In a saucepan, gently heat almond butter and coconut oil until they melt.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Pour into a square pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares.
