Delivery cost (UK)

Orders below £35 to UK destinations incur a delivery charge of £3.99 (Standard Delivery - 2 to 3 days). All orders above £35 are shipped free of charge. We are currently not able to offer next day delivery.

Northern Ireland

We apologies with all our Northern Ireland Customers. Unfortunately due to the current situation with Customs in Northern Ireland, we are not able to ship any product as, we don't know why, all parcels are being returned back to us. 

European delivery

For parcels sent to addresses in Europe, there are different tariffs depending on each different country. We are currently unable to ship parcels outside of Europe. If your order is of high value/weight, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method and to discuss extra cost if relevant. Please note that you may incur additional customs and duty costs from your local customs office.

When will my order be posted?

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and at the latest, before the end of the next business day. 


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange the product or receive a refund, please email us at stating the reason for return. We will then supply you with a Returns Code, which must be quoted when returning your goods. 

Please note that to qualify for an exchange or refund it is important that all goods must be unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Please re-package the parcel, including any delivery paperwork, using strong packaging and ensure that it sealed securely. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. 

To exchange or refund your order, we must be notified within fourteen days of you receiving your products. Once you have notified us, you then have up to fourteen days to return your products. 

Once the refund is processed, you will receive the original payment, minus the delivery charge, within 7 working days to the same payment method used to place the order. 

Damaged goods

If the contents of the parcel arrive damaged and you wish to return them please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the goods to the address below and will be happy to replace them, including your return postage cost. 

Cancelling an order

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Once dispatched, you have up to fourteen days to return your product and to request a refund (please refer to the 'Returns' section above for more details). 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at and provide us with your name, address and order reference number. 

Lost goods

Once an order has been placed we cannot make changes to a delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address or failure to collect an order being held at a collection office. If the order is returned to us we will redeliver at the cost of the customer or refund the order.

If you have not received your products or are missing an item, please notify us within 21 days of placing your order and we will try to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
