Sun & Seed was born from a simple belief: good food should be produced naturally.
Since 2004, we’ve been turning the purest organic ingredients — seeds, nuts, and fruits — into foods that nourish, energise, and delight.
What began on a small family farm growing pumpkins and sunflowers has blossomed into a craft-driven company creating a wide range of organic nut and seed butters, sprouted seeds and oats, protein powders, cold-pressed oils and gluten free flours — all plant-based, gluten-free, and full of life.

Our journey started with tiny pumpkin seeds — and the idea that food grown with respect for the land simply tastes better.
We still work directly with trusted organic farmers who share our values: ethical sourcing, minimal environmental impact, and sustainable farming. Most of our ingredients are grown right here in Europe, keeping our footprint light and our relationships close.
Every seed, nut, or fruit we use is harvested at its natural peak, preserving the real flavour of the earth it came from.
