The Nomelette is Sun & Seed’s revolutionary egg-free omelette mix — a high-protein, plant-based alternative to eggs made entirely from organic chickpea flour, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast and turmeric. Just add water and oil to make 10 light, fluffy omelettes per pack.

Use it to make frittatas, tortillas, protein pancakes or classic omelettes stuffed with your favourite fillings. Organic, vegan, gluten-free and incredibly versatile.
