Our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from a single variety of carefully selected green olives, hand-picked in southern Sicily at the beginning of the harvest. The olives are cold pressed below 27°C using only mechanical methods, helping to preserve their fresh character and delicate flavour.

The result is a beautifully balanced oil with a fresh, grassy aroma, gentle floral sweetness and a lively peppery finish. Its naturally high polyphenol content makes it a particularly distinctive extra virgin olive oil, with 55.5mg of polyphenols per 100g.

It’s wonderful simply drizzled over fresh bread, salads, tomatoes, grilled vegetables or finished over your favourite dishes.
