Sun and Seed Raspberry Vinegar is outstanding. In a class of its own. Light, clean, fresh taste. Nothing sweetened or viscous. Immensely refreshing. Its subtle flavour works superbly in place of white vinegar when making tahini. As it is.not overpowering, it is hugely versatile. This is the only acceptable raspberry vinegar that I have found on the market. Super product. Worthy of an award.
