Cashew Cream Sauce


A silky, dairy-free sauce that transforms any dish

This recipe uses Sun & Seed’s Organic Raw Cashew Butter for a rich and creamy base, blended with simple seasonings for a versatile sauce.

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 3 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Raw Cashew Butter

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2–4 tbsp water (to thin)

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional, for cheesy flavour)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding water gradually to reach your preferred consistency.

  2. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  3. Serve warm over pasta, grains, or roasted vegetables.
