- 2 cups plant-based milk (almond, oat, or hazelnut work beautifully)
- 1 tablespoon Sun & Seed Toasted Crunchy Hazelnut Butter, plus extra to drizzle
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or date syrup (optional)
- A pinch of sea salt
- Toppings: sliced banana, fresh berries, or dark chocolate shavings
Method
- In a small pan, combine the sprouted oats, plant-based milk, and a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and tender.
