A quick, no-cook, nutrient-packed spread
This chia jam is made with just three ingredients and takes minutes to prepare. Perfect for topping toast, stirring into porridge, or spooning over dairy-free yogurt.
Ingredients (Serves ~1 jar):

1 cup fresh (or frozen, thawed) raspberries

2 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Chia Seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Method:

Mash raspberries in a bowl with a fork until juicy.

Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup.

Let sit for 20–30 minutes until thickened.

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
