Raspberry Chia Jam


A quick, no-cook, nutrient-packed spread

This chia jam is made with just three ingredients and takes minutes to prepare. Perfect for topping toast, stirring into porridge, or spooning over dairy-free yogurt.

Ingredients (Serves ~1 jar):

  • 1 cup fresh (or frozen, thawed) raspberries

  • 2 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Method:

  1. Mash raspberries in a bowl with a fork until juicy.

  2. Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup.

  3. Let sit for 20–30 minutes until thickened.

  4. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
