Sunflower Butter & Pear Cinnamon Porridge

A warm, nourishing breakfast made with sprouted oats for better digestion

This creamy porridge combines the nutty depth of our Organic Toasted Sunflower Seed Butter with juicy pear and a touch of cinnamon. Made with our Sprouted & Raw Organic Rolled Naked Oats, it’s easier to digest, rich in nutrients, and naturally satisfying.


Ingredients (Serves 1)

½ cup Sun & Seed Sprouted & Raw Organic Rolled Naked Oats

1 cup plant milk (or water, or a mix of both)

1 ripe pear, diced (plus extra slices for topping)

1 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Toasted Sunflower Seed Butter

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Optional: maple syrup or honey to taste


Method

Add sprouted oats, plant milk, and diced pear to a small saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and the pear has softened (about 5–7 minutes).

Stir in sunflower seed butter and cinnamon.

Taste and sweeten if desired.

Serve topped with extra pear slices, an extra swirl of sunflower butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
