Rich, creamy, and ready in minutes — no coconut, no fuss, no baking.
Ingredients (Makes 12 small squares):

100g Sun & Seed Smooth Peanut Butter (or Hazelnut Butter)

100g dark chocolate (70% or higher), chopped

Pinch of sea salt (optional, but highly recommended)
Method:

Line a small container or dish (about 10x10cm or similar) with parchment paper.

In a heatproof bowl, combine the peanut butter and dark chocolate.

Gently melt the mixture:

Either using a double boiler (recommended), stirring occasionally until smooth

Or in the microwave, heating in 20-second bursts and stirring in between until fully melted and combined

Add a pinch of salt and stir until glossy and smooth.

Pour the mixture into your lined dish and smooth the top.

Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or until fully set.

Slice into small squares and enjoy!
(Store in the fridge for up to a week — if they last that long.)
🍴 Optional Toppings:

Sprinkle with crushed sunflower seeds, cacao nibs, or flaky salt before chilling
