
A cosy, make-ahead breakfast packed with fibre & flavour
This recipe uses Sun & Seed’s Organic Rolled Oats for a nourishing base, paired with apple and cinnamon for natural sweetness.
Ingredients (Serves 1):

½ cup Sun & Seed Organic Rolled Oats
 - 
1 cup plant milk
 - 
1 tbsp chia seeds
 - 
½ apple, grated
 - 
¼ tsp cinnamon
 - 
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
 - 
Sunflower seeds or nuts, for topping
 
Method:

Mix oats, plant milk, chia seeds, apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a jar.

Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
 - 
In the morning, stir and top with sunflower seeds or nuts before serving.
