Apple Cinnamon Overnight Sprouted Oats


A cosy, make-ahead breakfast packed with fibre & flavour

This recipe uses Sun & Seed’s Organic Rolled Oats for a nourishing base, paired with apple and cinnamon for natural sweetness.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • ½ cup Sun & Seed Organic Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup plant milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ apple, grated

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • Sunflower seeds or nuts, for topping

Method:

  1. Mix oats, plant milk, chia seeds, apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a jar.

  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, stir and top with sunflower seeds or nuts before serving.
