About the hemp seed butter and sunflower seeds

The hemp seed butter is made from organic raw hemp seeds, stone-ground into a thick, earthy spread with a rich nutty flavour. Whisked with oil it makes a creamy dressing. The sprouted sunflower seeds are activated with water, germinated and dehydrated below 40°C, with a nice crunch and a mild nutty taste.
