Caromel Cashew
A cashew, coconut and carob nut butter whipped with sunflower seeds and a pinch of sea salt. Malty and tropical, a bit like vegan maltesers in a jar. Try it on bagels, crumpets or English muffins with sliced bananas. Shop it.
Date and Walnut
Lightly toasted walnut butter whipped with toasted coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and Deglet Noir dates. Great Taste awarded in 2019 and 2020, and a Veggie Awards winner in 2020. Try it on ice cream, waffles or drop scones, or inside Medjool dates. Shop it.
Gingerbread Almond
A festive almond butter made with toasted Sicilian almonds, sunflower seeds and toasted coconut, plus a hint of ginger and cinnamon. Try it on porridge, stewed apples or hot cross buns, or inside dried apricots or figs. Shop it.
Maple Pecan
A lightly salted, slightly sweetened pecan butter whipped with toasted coconut, sunflower seeds and Canadian maple syrup. Try it on waffles, banana bread or digestive biscuits. Shop it.
