Ingredients (Serves 1)
2 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Raw Milled Flax Seeds
150g plant-based yoghurt or warm porridge
½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method
Stir the milled flax seeds into yoghurt or cooked porridge.
Top with fresh berries.
Drizzle with maple syrup if desired and serve immediately.
