This quick breakfast combines the omega-3 power of our Organic Raw Milled Flax Seeds with the antioxidant boost of fresh berries. It’s creamy, satisfying, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

2 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Raw Milled Flax Seeds

150g plant-based yoghurt or warm porridge

½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method

Stir the milled flax seeds into yoghurt or cooked porridge.

Top with fresh berries.

Drizzle with maple syrup if desired and serve immediately.
