White Tahini & Date Smoothie

Creamy, sweet, and packed with calcium

This simple, nourishing smoothie blends the delicate flavour of our Organic Raw White Sesame Tahini with the natural sweetness of dates and banana. It’s smooth, satisfying, and brimming with plant-based goodness—perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or an afternoon boost.


Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Raw White Sesame Tahini

  • 250ml plant milk (oat, almond, or your favourite)

  • A pinch of cinnamon


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon if desired.

  4. Enjoy immediately.
