1/2 cup sprouted oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 ripe banana, sliced
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
In a microwave-safe mug, combine the sprouted oats and chia seeds.
Pour in the almond milk and give it a good stir.
Add the almond butter and mix until well combined.
Carefully place the banana slices on top of the mixture.
If you'd like, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon for that extra warmth.
Microwave the mug on high for 2-3 minutes or until the oats have absorbed the liquid and the banana is tender.
Remove the mug from the microwave (be cautious, it'll be hot!) and let it cool for a minute.
