Black Grape and Banana Smoothie with Almond Protein and Black Tahini


  • 1 cup black grapes (frozen for a colder smoothie)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop almond protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon raw black tahini
  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)


  1. Prep the Fruits: Wash the black grapes thoroughly and peel the banana.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the black grapes, banana, almond protein powder, oat milk, and raw black tahini.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. Add more oat milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass. If you prefer it colder, add some ice cubes to the blender before blending or directly into your glass.
