Pumpkin Spice Almond Pancakes



  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond protein powder, whole wheat flour, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree,  flax egg, almond milk, almond butter, and maple syrup.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Add a bit more almond milk if needed to reach your desired pancake batter consistency.
  4. Heat a griddle or pan and ladle the pancake batter onto it.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
