Sprouted Sunflower Seed Pesto Pasta



  • 250g whole-grain pasta 🍝
  • 100g sprouted sunflower seeds 🌻
  • 50g fresh basil leaves 🌿
  • 25g nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 120ml Extra virgin olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, blend sprouted sunflower seeds, fresh basil, nutritional yeast, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Gradually add olive oil while blending until the mixture becomes a creamy pesto sauce.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta with the sunflower seed pesto until it's well coated.
