White Almond Butter and Zucchini Noodles




2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
3-4 tablespoons white almond butter
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish


In a bowl, mix almond butter, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Pour the almond butter sauce over the zucchini noodles and toss to combine.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
