Hemp-Dressed Avocado, Black Bean, Sweet Potato, and Feta Salad


1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup black beans, cooked and drained
1 medium sweet potato, cubed and roasted
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


Start by preparing the roasted sweet potatoes. Toss the sweet potato cubes in a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until they're tender and slightly crispy.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, black beans, and crumbled feta cheese.
Add the roasted sweet potato cubes to the mix.

Hemp Seed Oil, Hemp Seed Butter, Maple, and Ginger Salad Dressing


2 tablespoons hemp seed oil
1 tablespoon hemp seed butter
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Drizzle the Hemp Seed Oil, Hemp Seed Butter, Maple, and Ginger Dressing generously over the ingredients. The dressing will add a delightful blend of nuttiness, sweetness, and zing.
Gently toss everything together to ensure the dressing is evenly distributed.
