This overnight oats recipe combines the natural sweetness of our Organic Raw Pecan Butter with maple syrup, cinnamon, and crushed pecans. It’s creamy, filling, and perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
½ cup sprouted rolled oats
1 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Raw Pecan Butter
1 cup plant milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Crushed pecans, for topping
Method
Combine oats, pecan butter, plant milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a jar.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with crushed pecans and an extra swirl of pecan butter.
