Walnut Butter and Apple Slices

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 apple, sliced
    • 2 tablespoons walnut butter
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • Ground cinnamon (optional)
    • A slice of gluten free Bread
  • Instructions:
    1. Arrange the apple slices on a plate.
    2. Drizzle walnut butter and honey over the apple slices.
    3. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon if desired.

Walnut Butter and Veggie Wrap:

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 large whole-wheat tortilla
    • 2 tablespoons walnut butter
    • Sliced cucumber
    • Sliced red bell pepper
    • Sliced avocado
    • Baby spinach leaves
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Spread walnut butter on the whole-wheat tortilla.
    2. Layer on the sliced cucumber, red bell pepper, avocado, and baby spinach.
    3. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Roll up the tortilla, slice in half, and enjoy a nutritious and tasty walnut butter and veggie wrap.

Walnut Butter and Jam Sandwich:

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
    • 2 tablespoons walnut butter
    • 2 tablespoons fruit jam (e.g., raspberry, strawberry, or fig)
  • Instructions:
    1. Spread walnut butter on one slice of bread and jam on the other.
    2. Press the two slices together to make a delicious sandwich.
