Hemp Protein & Pesto Gluten-Free Bread

 


Soft, golden, and full of protein and green goodness

Ingredients (1 loaf):

  • 1 pack Sun & Seed Organic Gluten-Free Bread Mix

  • 250ml warm water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3–4 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Raw Hemp Protein

  • 3–4 tbsp fresh basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)

Optional toppings: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or sesame seeds

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

  2. Mix the bread mix, hemp protein, warm water, and olive oil until smooth.

  3. Fold in pesto gently, creating a marbled effect.

  4. Pour into a lined loaf tin and smooth the top.

  5. Sprinkle with optional seeds.

  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm.

  7. Cool before slicing and enjoy.
