Ingredients (1 loaf):

1 pack Sun & Seed Organic Gluten-Free Bread Mix

250ml warm water

2 tbsp olive oil
-
3–4 tbsp Sun & Seed Organic Raw Hemp Protein

3–4 tbsp fresh basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
Optional toppings: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or sesame seeds
Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

Mix the bread mix, hemp protein, warm water, and olive oil until smooth.

Fold in pesto gently, creating a marbled effect.

Pour into a lined loaf tin and smooth the top.

Sprinkle with optional seeds.

Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and firm.

Cool before slicing and enjoy.
