Recipe: Apricot Kernel & Berry Toast

A café-style breakfast made in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1–2 slices sourdough or oat toast
  • 2 tbsp Sun & Seed Apricot Kernel Butter
  • A handful of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios

Method

  1. Toast your bread until golden.
  2. Spread generously with Apricot Kernel Butter.
  3. Add sliced strawberries.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  5. Finish with crushed pistachios for texture.

Serving suggestion

For an extra indulgent version, add a few pieces of dark chocolate or a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
