What is in the jar
Organic Raw Pecan Butter is 100% organic pecans, carefully selected and stone-ground raw to keep their taste.
Flavour and texture
Naturally sweet and creamy, with a slightly textured finish. It is lovely with dried fruits, or with raw cacao for a chocolate spread.
How to use it
- Spread on toast.
- Stir into porridge.
- Combine with dried fruits such as dates or figs.
- Mix with raw cacao powder and agave syrup for a nutella-style spread (our top tip).
- Swirl into yoghurt, pancakes or banana bread batter.

Good to know
- Per 100g: 17g protein, 61g fat, 7g carbohydrate.
- Oil may separate naturally, so stir before eating. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 months of opening.
- May contain nut shell fragments and traces of other nuts and sesame seeds. Gluten, dairy and soy free. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
